House Renovation
Rukks were the main contract for this project. Tasked with a complete renovation of a property that required a little love and attention.
KITCHEN - Rip out of old kitchen. As the ceiling was sagging and very soft in areas, it required to be reboarded. New kitchen electrics run in along with 8 downlights and a smoke/ heat alarm hardwired and interconnected. Removal of gas pipe and new hot and cold feeds for sink. Whole kitchen plastered and painted ready for installation of new kitchen. New laminate flooring supplied and fitted.
BATHROOM - Rip out and install new
